• Starting the Game
  • Press the orange and white button at the center of the game’s welcome screen.
  • The welcome screen has a sound control button in the upper right corner & a credits link in the lower left corner.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • Press the left or right arrow keys to move the piece left or right.
    • Press the down arrow to increase the speed of descent.
    • Press the up arrow key or x to rotate the piece clockwise.
    • Press the z key to rotate the piece counter clockwise.
    • Press the spacebar to quickly drop and lock pieces.
    • Press the control key to swap the piece with the one in the swap box shown under the playing field.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Use the on screen controls to control the game.
    • On the left side of the screen under the puzzle area are buttons to move the piece left or right & to instantly drop the piece down.
    • On the right side of the screen under the puzzle are buttons to rotate the piece counter clockwise or clockwise, swap the piece, and drop the piece more quickly.
    • Above the 4 buttons on the right there is a pause button.
  • Controls & indicators
    • On the right side of the screen it shows your cumulative score, how many lines you have completed, what level you are on, and how many combo moves you have completed.
    • The game shows a shadow of where a piece will appear underneath it. The next three pieces are shown below the game score info on the right.
• Game Play
  • Movement
    • This game was inspired by and operates quite similarly to the original Tetris.
    • You can slide pieces momentarily as they touch a surface.
    • The down arrow allows you to drop quicker temporarily and you can release it before you get to the bottom to slow the piece down.
  • Scoring
    • You score more points by getting more lines at once. 1 line is worth 1,000, 2 lines is worth 2,000, 3 lines is worth 4,000 and 4 lines is worth 8,000.
    • If you make multiple moves consecutively that create lines it provides a score multiplier for that move, meaning if you had a multiplier of 2 in effect and then make 4 lines at once you would score 16,000 points instead of 8,000.
