• Starting the Game
  • Select the orange and golden button in the center of the game’s welcome screen to bring up the level select screen.
    • Levels are unlocked sequentially.
    • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
  • The welcome screen shows how many levels you have unlocked in the bottom center & has a settings button in the lower right which allows you to reset your game progress.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • Use your mouse left click button to tap on the screen the direction you want the astronaut to move.
    • Tap on the pipe at the bottom of the screen to vacuum the broken gems.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap the screen with a finger to move the astronaut or vacuum broken gem particles.
  • Controls & indicators
    • The current level number shows in the top center of the screen.
    • The upper right corner has 3 buttons for returning to the welcome screen, going to the level select screen, and restarting the current level.
    • The lower right corner shows how many gems you have left to collect to complete the level.
• Game Play
  • Basics
    • This is a game where you play an astronaut seeking to bring back gems from space.
      • Bump into the gem to break it into smaller gems which can be sucked with the vacuum.
      • Sometimes the gems have a glass protective shield around them which you must break by headbutting them.
      • Whenever you headbutt the glass or bump into a gem or rock that can cause you to bounce off. Be careful not to bump into something else.
      • Turn the vacuum on to suck up all the gem particles. Be careful with your positioning if you run the vacuum for a while as it can also suck you toward it.
    • Obstacles
      • This game has 2 types of obstacles on it: flames & bombs. Avoid running into either.
      • You can push rocks into the bombs to detonate them without having the bombs kill you when they detonate.
      • Whenever any bomb explodes it can cause the rocks around it to move & it can also provide a force which pushes you.
  • Levels
    • This game has 45 stages which are unlocked sequentially.
      • You can go back and replay your previously beat levels at any time.
    • Winning vs losing
      • You beat a level by sucking up all the gem dust without dying.
      • You die if you run into a bomb or a flame.
      • This game offers unlimited continues, starting you out on the beginning of whichever level you lost on.
  • Tips
    • Approach gems from a direction which has few bombs near it whenever possible.
    • The side edges of the screen are not hard edges. Quite often you can go around tight places rather than going through them.
    • Use the rocks to detonate bombs. Start pushing the rocks from a direction which is wide of where you want to send them and then work your way back in.
    • Whenever a bomb explodes it will push rocks away from it, so be ready to rescue rocks so that they can be used to detonate other bombs.
    • Expect the vacuum to suck you toward it, therefore try to move to a position where you remain safe even if you get sucked in toward the vacuum. Do not turn the vacuum on for extended periods of time if there are bombs in between the vacuum and astronaut.
    • Some parts of the levels have a rather tight clearance. If you are spinning in a somewhat uncontrolled manner that makes your cross section wider. When this happens sometimes you can stop the spin by clicking back in the direction you were coming from & then make your approach again while you have less spin.
